Job Duties/Tasks:
● Identify and develop industry partnership relationships that can provide additional
revenue generation opportunities for your pipeline
● Meet with prospects/leads to sell Summit services
● Meet and exceed sales goals
● Asses site damage create bid/estimate for completion of work needed
● Budget creation of written estimate for completion of work
● Maintains accurate paperwork and is responsible for the profitability throughout the life of
the project. This includes: contracts, change orders, purchase orders, quotes with material
and labor pricing on projects, etc
● Maintain project files – include all expenditures for job-related materials to be accounted for
● Build and maintain strategic relationships with vendors and subcontractors
● Obtain bids from subcontractors
● Coordinate resource planning
● Order materials required for projects and coordinate delivery to job site
● Maintain constant communication with customers and all stakeholders
● Perform property progress inspections & progress documentation

Education and Experience:
● High School diploma or GED plus three (1) to five (3) years of experience with construction
or restoration projects and/or supervising crews.
● Proven ability to quickly adapt/learn new software and processes
● Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Write simple
correspondence. Effectively present information in one-on- one and small group situations to
customers, clients, and other employees.

*** Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test along with a criminal background check
and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record**

Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Base or Commission ($60-$90k based on abilities)
