EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Filling automated drug distributionPerforms computer order entry, billing and word processingPrepares IV admixturesInventory managementClinic inspectionMaintain records consistent with all federal, state and local laws and regulations

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalentLicense in good standing with the Oregon Board of Pharmacy as a Certified Pharmacy TechnicianVaccine Administration Certification preferredExperience on QS1 software preferred
