Description/Qualifications:
Your Role With Us:
In this role, you will employ your base understanding of all HR services and processes to serve as a resourceful partner to the customer by researching issues and providing education and instruction. Using established standards, you will deliver customer support and assist to resolve tier 1 level inquiries, while documenting and triaging complex HR matters that require response from an HR subject matter expert.

Core Functions:
  • Use all modes of communication, including e-mail, phone, etc. to finalize tier 1 matters and provide customer follow-up.
  • Maintain workflows for assigned focus areas/processes. Completes independent assignments during times of low customer volume.
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation on all customer inquiries, including documenting services performed, instructions offered, etc.
  • Identify escalation paths within HR to respond to complex matters.
  • Transition customer inquiries to the HR subject matter expert in a seamless fashion, providing clear documentation of the situation, steps taken to assist the customer, barriers identified, anticipated action items, etc.
Background/Expertise:
  • Hold an Associate’s Degree and have at least one (1) year of administrative experience; or in lieu of the degree, have at least two (2) years of administrative experience.
  • Minimum one (1) year applicable customer service experience required. Previous HR experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in a health care environment preferred.
  • SPHR/PHR certification preferred.
  • Proficient in utilizing HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems, Word and Excel required.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
