Requirements:

• A minimum of two continuous years of experience working with individuals with I/DD, and one year specifically working with complex behaviors and medical needs
• Covid vaccination encouraged
• Valid drivers license, auto insurance and reliable transportation

Desired Skill Set:

• Previous experience working within a family environment
• Excel in communication, both verbally and in writing
• Must have the skills and ability to follow and adhere to program’s established policies, procedures, and program documentation
• Understand how to effectively utilize program resources and follow the PBSP and other documentation to enhance the client’s life
• Moderate computer skills to provide documentation and track critical data

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour

- NOC Shift (11pm-7am Sunday - Thursday)
