Focus Heating & Cooling has been in business since 2005, serving the Santiam Canyon and the Willamette Valley. We are a family owned & locally operated business based out of Stayton, OR. Our business is based upon our honesty and customer service. We want what is right for our customer first! Not what is right for our bottom line. Due to these facts, we are almost exclusively referral based. We routinely are the little company that can. We have been honored to be recognized as a top 100 Daikin dealer in North American and Silver in the Best of the Mid-Valley.

What We Do

We are a team of HVAC experts who handle everything from small repairs of residential heating and cooling systems to large replacements of commercial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers

• Resolve customer complaints quickly & favorably

• Perform data entry & clerical duties related to new install projects

• Provide phone & service scheduling back up as needed

• Back up HVAC Install DSR during absences

• Track & report key performance indicators

• Verify payroll hours for job costing

• Track employee incentive programs

• Communicate with outside agencies regarding permits & inspections

• Submit equipment warranties & incentive rebates

• Make outstanding billing calls

• Enter account payables

• Assist with various clerical tasks as requested
